"Zentral gelegenes Hotel mitten in SaPa mit super Aussicht, wenn man ein Zimmer Richtung der Stadt hat. Zimmer und Gesamtambiente im sehr schönen französischen Stil. Frühstücksauswahl riesig. Mitarbeiter, super freundlich und als i-Tüpfelchen gibt es zur Begrüßung einen extrem leckeren Kakao."

"The hotel seems to be pretty new. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom very nice. From the seating area you had a beautiful view of the mountains. Bad experience was the breakfast. As less guests were there, they didn't offer buffet. You could order a la carte. So far so good. When serving the breakfast everything was messed up with other orders. Btw only for 3 tables. Breakfast took nearly 1 hr and we had to claim a couple of times till we halfway got what we ordered. You don't wanna start a day like this."

"The Resort is really a lovely place. The Panorama View room was huge and had everything we needed. It was very nice to shower with such a view. Also the infinity swimming pool was amazing. There is also a spa and a small gym room. To go to the town you can rent a scooter. The staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you to Sarah, Luis and the other staff members for making our stay very comfortable. We can recommend this resort and would definitely come back. Sapa is a beautiful place to visit with it’s stunning nature."

"This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance. We had the mountain view room with balcony and it has been a great choice. The heated pool on the deck is great to relax in between with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had lots of variations and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The perfect place to enjoy Sapa. "
