Resort in Sungai Kelau mieten

„Everything came close to perfect. The attention of the staff is outstanding. The hotel and the environment is very nice, very well maintained and you can see the care for details. Probably the best hotel we ever stayed in Malaysia. “

„The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible.“

„There is trash everywhere and level 1 f lift door“

„Cleanliness was perfect and nice view“

„Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless“

„There are kitchen cabinets but nothing apart from a kettle and 2-3 cups. Would appreciate a microwave or some plates and forks and knifes“

„No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes“

„stopover ist es ok. sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter“

„Man kommt sich vor wie in Disneyland. Es ist ein Hotel mit angegliedertem Unterhaltungslokalen.“

„Easy to locate, nice view from our room. There is a food mall on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants. Excellent place to stay for a few nights in Genting Highlands!“

„Die Gegend zum wandern ist schön, Regenwald mit vielen Pflanzenarten“

„Staff are friendly n helpful “

„Outdated“

„Parking ok“

„the bed is not plush type, can feel the springs :/ hard on the edges so when you try to get off the bed it can be quite uncomfortable when dangling legs over the edge of the bed. toilet is well maintained, clean. staff receives most points for being courteous and kind.“

„Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. “
