„we arrived earlier, the lady told us we cannnot remain at the hotel and should come back after 3 pm for checking but she will call us in case room is ready before. we went away and askted then again at 2.30 and she told yeds is ready but never called. we wa not informed about breakfast, no hours, not where ist is. the pool is really loud, no possibily to stop the water and even no possibilty to close the ligths. there was workin in front uf us, the whole night so we didnt slept well. “
