„Good location especially with mall in front and quick access to Sentosa, but reception was not helpful at all.. even when we express checked out and there were 3 people at the reception, they didn't even say bye.. also our rooms were next to the washing room and it was horrible that there was no regulation to be allowed to do washing and we couldn't sleep.“

„So the location, the room, and staff were all fine. However, this hotel has a very strange check in and check out policy. I was then told that I would have to leave and recheck in on the subsequent day. I guess they rent their rooms out in 12 hr shifts. Needless to say, I contacted Expedia and the manager accommodated me like a normal hotel. Now, to be clear, I didn’t mind ...

„Sehr kinderfreundlich“

„Convenient location close to hawker centers and Chinatown! Clean rooms and practical common area with sparkling water and biscuits. Would recommend it to anyone seeking to explore Singapore by foot. The only „strange“‘detail is the absence of hand soap by the sink. “

„Sehr sauber. Super zentral gelegen. Ein schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Außerdem sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.“

„Toilet papers were so thin, not having the toilets in the room was too bad, towel was stained “
