"The Pan Pacific provides you with a truly wonderful experience when being in Singapore and can definitely recommend to stay there! The hotel is located close to the bay with all you need closeby. The hotel itself provides you with a relaxing and luxurious feeling already when you arrive. Amy at the front desk made us feel so welcome and even granted us an upgrade, even though it had been a long time since our last visit. The room was absolutely amazing — cozy, luxurious, and with a lovely balcony for stunning views of Singapore. The whole hotel felt like a mix of calm spa vibes and top-quality comfort. The breakfast buffet was a dream, including fresh dishes from all over the world and fresh juices. Everyone we met was very friendly and always happy to help to make our stay more comfortable. Ralph at the pool was especially kind and attentive. When it was time to leave, Prabu and Brendan were very helpful as well to help with the luggage and organise a good transportation for us. All in all, it was a fantastic experience with genuine warmth and hospitality from the staff. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"The hotel located by the river, make it very easy to have a walk along Clarke Quey and go on to Marion park. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room was a bit dated but bed was very comfortable. Despite Jetlag I had a good sleep. "

"Dieses Hotel verdient in allen Bereichen 5 Sterne. Das Zimmer war perfekt, Größe, Aufteilung, Einrichtung , Comfort, es fehlt an nichts. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, die Aussicht war ein Traum. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen fantastisch. Das Hotel besticht auch durch seine Lage, durch das Meer hatte ich viel mehr Urlaubsfeeling , als ich es in der Stadt gehabt hätte. Es war wie ein Rückzugsort, wenn man in der Stadt unterwegs war und dann zurück zum Hotel kam. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren gut aufeinander abgestimmt, das es sehr unkompliziert war in die Stadt zu kommen. Würde ich nochmal nach Singapur fliegen, würde ich wieder dieses wunderschöne Hotel wählen."
