„Asked for roses up front - great work by the service team, arranging roses and petals in the room. Received free upgrade and a bottle of champagne. Super nice room. Service was excellent. Just a shame, that we couldn't eat anything at the Steak house at we had late picknick in the wine country. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

„We came in and it took a while for someone to check us in. Afterwards I was looking for coffee and I asked the front desk and the person there instead of letting me know that there was a coffee maker in a drawer inside the room, sent me on a pilgrimage to the outside bar for a 6 dollar black coffee. Those types of details definitely make a difference “

„Susan was very helpful and accommodating for all our issues. Loved the location next to the plaza and the nice yard to sit in. We would come back here next time. Only issue is the street parking is crowded on the farmers market day (Tuesday) and Saturday. Other than that issue the parking was available.“
