„I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy ...

„My Wife had to have surgery at Stanford. This lovation was perfect. Clean, Quiet, and nice area to walk around. Plenty of food within walking distance as well as whole foods!!! Great stay will stay again for all our Stanford!!! Host was great and respined quickly to any and all questions or requests.“

„This was exactly what we wanted for our 4 days in the area. Very accessible to all of the shopping that Santana Row/Valley Fair has to offer. The actual apartment was extremely tidy (almost too tidy for our 4 and 6 year olds). Spacious enough for the 4 of us with. The two beds! Very easy for us to grocery shop and have breakfast every morning. Enjoyed the washer/dryer as we very much needed to use! „Location, location, location. So easy to get to everywhere I needed to go without getting on a highway. The tenants in the building are uniformly friendly and helpful. The host, Jarrell, responds promptly and fixes any minor issues quickly. One con: There is no comfortable place to eat in the apartment! The kitchen island does not have room for one's knees. “
