„This is a well-located and sparkling clean condominium right in the middle of San Jose’s Santana Row neighborhood. All appliances and furniture are new with a large screen television. A completely remodeled bathroom with an excellent shower. Plus we found the mattress quite comfortable.Whenever we contacted the property manager she responded very quickly.The only area where we thought there could be improvement would be a “welcome booklet” with specific information on the apartment.Thank you ...

„Alice's place was fantastic for a few friends and I attending a Stanford reunion. The place was easy walking distance from both Stanford's campus and California Ave (incl the Caltrain stop), making the trip easy even without a car. Thank you so much Alice!“

„We loved johnnys place and he always got right back to us when we needed something. It was a bit hard to find entrance but he guided us perfectly once we called him. The beds were a bit small for two grown women but I should’ve been aware. The location was perfect. Being about to not get in car again was priceless. “

The only thing was that maybe you could replace/clean some of the stuff in the cupboards with newer cleaner things. Oils were a couple of years old and things seemed unclean. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything.
