They were not helpful with answering the need to get our driveway cleared and suggested to park in the attached garage but it was strewn with items and couldn’t park any small car. „We had problems the moment we walked in the door and it was 58 degrees inside the home. They were utilizing two splitters in opposite ends of the home for heat and air conditioning. They also expected you to use electric heaters for the remainder of the house. These units are a fire hazard and also would have blown the electric according to their handyman. The host was very unresponsive and I had to get VRBO involved after I was unable to get into the property for 24 hours and multiple messages to the host. The location is poor, the street is very narrow and parking is non-existent. I would not recommend this host or property“
