„We enjoyed our trip to NYC. Our host was very kind and friendly. The appartment was nice, well equiped but just a little bit cold. The central heating was set too low. But portable heaters allowed us to warm up two rooms. Basically we can recommend a stay in this appartment.“

„It was a well kept apartment.Extremely respectful and helpful host.Close to Central Park, shops and public transportation, this palce dislocate in historical Harlem, NY with a lot of places to visit. Close to restaurants as well for many choices. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. Apt. Just requires a few minor improvements, but overall it was great.“

„great place to come back to and relax after enjoying NYC, the 126 bus to nyc is a 3 min walk from the place and its also a great, safe neighborhood to enjoy good food and a stoll. The Hudson river is about a 10 min walk with great views of NYC skyline. Total recommend its nice, safe and clean apartment and AJ was awesome and very responsive. “

It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing.
