„Apt as described and pics are accurate. Clean. Cute. Good linens. Kitchen has basic supplies. We ate out. Location is great. Lots food, groc, bars close by and easy access to trains to get around. It’s NYC sized apt (as expected) with a very functional layout. 3 adults worked fine. Front bedroom is on 1st Ave so if you are sensitive to noise or new to NYC bring ear plugs. „Das Appartement ist insgesamt etwas abgerockt und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Fenster sind undicht, es kommt kalte Luft her, was das schlafen sehr unangenehm macht, da das Bett direkt am Fenster ist. Warmwasser dauert lange bis es dann warm ist und man duschen kann. Hier fehlt der Hinweis dazu. Das Appartement war leider nicht wirklich sauber, sodass wir selber Hand angelegt und durchgewischt haben. “

„Host would have 4-10 hours delay in responding. Property address listed is not where the same adress that the "other" host will text you directly, not through Vrbo. There were cockaroaches, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, towels had stains, not a well kept establishment. Pictures on Vrbo are enhanced, the place looks nothing like the pictures. Custodian did have the place clean for our early check-in. I would not recommend this rental.“

"Das Hotel selber soweit alles sehr sauber und in Ordnung, halt dem Alter entsprechend. Muss mich ein bisschen geärgert hat, hat er extra einen so genannten Metro View gebucht, und habe aus meinem Zimmer auf die andere Hotel Wand geschaut. Da sollte man sich doch Gedanken machen, wenn man diese Zimmer so verkauft, ob das wirklich so in Ordnung ist. Das Personal alles Drum und Dran hervorragend immer freundlich hilfsbereit. So wie es sein soll. Ich werde auf alle Fälle das Hotel wieder buchen."

"Das Hotel ist sehr ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Frühstück, das inklusive war, war in Ordnung. Man konnte sich ein bisschen was aussuchen und das dann entweder mitnehmen oder dort essen. Es gab mehrere Frühstücksoptionen zur Auswahl, auch außerhalb des Hotels, für welche man einen Gutschein bekommen hat. Man hatte außerdem die Wahl, für 6,50 $ (+ Steuern & Tip) pro Person ein besseres Frühstück in einem der Restaurants im Hotel vor Ort zu nehmen."

"Schon wenn man vor dem Eingang steht, strömt Einem ein Duft von "Wald & Gräsern" entgegen, der sich durch das ganze Hotel zieht. Wunderbar ! Nach freundlicher Begrüssung und Einchecken, fährt man hoch zum Zimmer. Wir empfehlen, für 2 Personen: Zi.916/917/918, da Diese eine kleine tolle, wie im Dschungel begrünte Terrasse, nach vorne haben und man morgens mit Kaffee (ist im Zimmer) und abends vom Tag, entspannen kann. Das Zimmer + Bad sind modern, sehr sauber, hell, nicht überladen oder zu bunt. Wie in NYC üblich, mit Kleiderstange, ohne Schrank, aber mit einer langen Bank, zum Sachen ablegen ausgestattet = reicht tatsächlich, sogar für 2 Wochen. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank und täglich neue Kaffee cups, 2x Wasser, neue Handtücher. Für 3 Personen, ist u.a. Zimmer 1017 zu empfehlen, ist sehr hell und hat eine Riesenterrasse. Wir waren schon 3 x in diesem tollen Hotel, kommen wieder und lieben die Nähe und recht kurzen Wege zu Allem. Um die Ecke, in der 9.Th, sind sehr viele Restaurants und zur subway, läuft man am besten zur 34.Th oder 42.Th. Für unsere Bedürfnisse ist es das ideale Hotel, als Ausgangsort, um die Stadt zu erkunden und Abends, ist es wie "nach Hause kommen"."
