It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser. ...

Wir haben unsere großen Koffer zunächst nach oben getragen und sie beim Auschecken unten gepackt , weil es nicht möglich war, sie die Treppe wieder hinunterzutragen.Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, und durch den starken Lärm rund um die Uhr hat man das Gefühl, direkt auf der Straße zu schlafen.Die Fenster sind beschädigt. „Das Appartement ist insgesamt etwas abgerockt und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Fenster sind undicht, es kommt kalte Luft her, was das schlafen sehr unangenehm macht, da das Bett direkt am Fenster ist. Warmwasser dauert lange bis es dann warm ist und man duschen kann. Hier fehlt der Hinweis dazu. Das Appartement war leider nicht wirklich sauber, sodass wir selber Hand angelegt und durchgewischt haben. “

„The postives: The location cannot be beat. Very easy to get to, door locks are super convenient, and 3 bedrooms in this area was amazing. My boys were glad to not have to share a bed and room! The host is WONDERFUL to deal with, and we didn't have to do a bunch of clean up/trash removal/sheet removal as we've had to do in other VRBOs, we just had to tidy up. „Appartement entsprach der Beschreibung/Bilder, ideal für Paare, sehr gute Lage alles (Subway, Bus, Geschäfte u. Gastronomie) fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber lief problemlos über WhatsApp, fehlende Handtücher wurden nachgereicht und wir durften netterweise später auschecken da unser Flug erst abends ging.
