It’s an easy walk to Journal Square to take the path to New York City. Byron gave clear directions on how to enter the property, and the place was spotless and clutter free. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. „We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken.“

„The property was better than the pictures. So clean, very welcoming. The wi-fi worked well, neds were comfortable. Easy in and out. I was the only one whom had difficulty with the stairs. So if you are disabled in any way tjis property is not for you. There are a small flight of stairs to access the apartment and another flight to get in the apartment. We were able to park the vehicle which is AWESOME!! I was able to Doordash needed items. Plenty of shopping within walking distance. Simply ...

„It‘s a nice and clean flat with individual character. Unfortunately it‘s one big room, no separate sleeping rooms. Anyway we did not miss anything. Supermarket, Starbucks and bus station are nearby.“

„The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River. ...

Here are a few inaccuracies, though, that made a difference for my family: the listing says first floor but this is on the 3rd floor, there was no coffee maker, and there was no twin futon (only two loveseat couches). Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guests for 3 nights. Otherwise the apartment was clean and spacious and had most other amenities you would need! Neighborhood was great and there was lots of parking available.“

Die Wohnung klein und die Betten waren durchgelegen und man hatte Angst das man durchbricht. Der Ausblick wie auf den Bildern? Werdet ihr nicht finden. Die Wohnung ist nur für 5 Personen bestückt. Es gibt keine Stühle für 7 Personen und es ist auch sehr kuschelig für die Anzahl an Personen.“

„Due to a new law in New York State we had to change our booking. It was absolutely worth it. Isaiah was very helpful from start to finish. From answering questions to helping us when we needed him. Communication is the key to everything. We asked for extra towels in advance and were provided. Piece of cake. The condo is large and was clean. The beds are comfortable. Everything is there. Newark Penn Station is not far away and there are shopping possibilities only couple minutes ...

„Mislead on the second bedroom and bathroom! Lost communications with host towards middle to end of stay. We booked a 3 week stay for business. This trip was for business not pleasure and was extremely inconvenienced throughout the entire stay. Looking to be compensated for the 2nd half of our stay and we also checked out 2 days early.“

„False advertising , the room is not clean no sheets odor tge pull out bed, no where in the advertisement it said share bathroom, plus the owner walks over you to use the restroom not safe at all. Bathroom is dirty, pleased do not rent the property “
