„Appartement entsprach der Beschreibung/Bilder, ideal für Paare, sehr gute Lage alles (Subway, Bus, Geschäfte u. Gastronomie) fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber lief problemlos über WhatsApp, fehlende Handtücher wurden nachgereicht und wir durften netterweise später auschecken da unser Flug erst abends ging. „It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs, ...

„This was an unregistered listing in violation of New York Law. Both the property management team and VRBO are violating the law. Neighbors informed us they would be calling the police. In addition the apartment door was plastered with violation notices. The external door key also was not functioning. I have asked for a refund. Terrible experience.“

„The apartment itself had nice updated decor, a clean, efficient & spacious kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of natural light w/ small outdoor private patio. Best part though was the location. Upper West Side and 1/2 block from Central Park, quiet treelined street, lowrise townhouses, and 1 block from subway. Check-in very easy. Owner/host communicates best using WhatsApp rather than VRBO messaging.“

„Host would have 4-10 hours delay in responding. Property address listed is not where the same adress that the "other" host will text you directly, not through Vrbo. There were cockaroaches, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, towels had stains, not a well kept establishment. Pictures on Vrbo are enhanced, the place looks nothing like the pictures. Custodian did have the place clean for our early check-in. I would not recommend this rental.“
