Wow where to start. First off all during our stay we had a huge cockroach come out of the second bedroom and we didn’t even leave and doors or windows open. Secondly they shut the water off for almost the whole day and didn’t even tell us about it and their pathetic offer to have us move all our belongings to another apartment was supposed to be their appeasement for us when we shouldn’t have to deal with any of that on vacation. Plus the front desk even confirmed that they had been told of it the day before and our concierge didn’t even think or bother to tell us about it and on top of that she said the reservations team would reach out to us after we got home to make it right and today they told us they won’t do anything to compensate us for the almost entire day we couldn’t shower or use and water in the house. I’ll be honest this place has awful service and I personally wouldn’t recommend it. Oh and this restaurant closes at 9 so if you’re thinking of grabbing some late food even on a Saturday or Friday night look elsewhere. I’m not sure who this resort caters to but it’s obviously not people looking for good service. Oh and the pool with the condo is in terrible shape with a huge patch missing tiles and the stucco falling off all around the pool, not what we paid for!
