„The cottage layout was the perfect match for us. The cottage is a bit older and is showing its age. There are some cracked tiles and settling cracks in the walls but none of that is a deal breaker. The layout is perfect for a family of four. My kids shared the one bedroom with the two beds, it was perfect. Kitchen is nicely appointed with plently of pots,pans,dishes,silerware ect. Plenty of towels and such. The outside is the real treasure. We fished everday over our 7 days and caught 13 ...

„Wow! Amazing house with pool super close to Bean Point!Completely remodeled after 2024 hurricanes! New carpet, new everything. The pots and pans in the cupboard still have labels on them. Yes, there are some sand toys, 2 beach chairs and pool noodles in outdoor storage box. We left a large tube/ donut ring float for you to enjoy. A few puzzles but no kids toys. Plenty of coffee filters, no salt or pepper. Comfy beds. NO BUGS Did not use the pool as too many mosquitos, just so much rain ...

„House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. “

„Nice place. Private dock was nice. 2 blocks from the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Most definitely walking distance to beach. Theres also a little bar on the other side of the marina. Quiet. Sunrise on the inlet was very pretty. We slept 3 teenagers 2 adults and 1 10 year old for a week. Easy parking. Id definitely rebook here if we stay in that area. It is only the top half of the house though, but definitely suitable for a family. Also, washer and dryer in lower part of house ...

„Great little property and perfect for 2 people! We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, tote and cooler that were available to use, which we did every day! The location was great, just over the bridge from AMI and on a quiet street. We were in walking distance to some AMAZING little restaurants just across the street on the fishing pier. “

"The hotel itself is pretty but not worth the price, expensive prices for cheap stuff ( cheap toilet papper , cheap water bottles ). If you go to the beach after 2 pm good luck finding the staff or people for service or help. Horrible distribution in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel as a luxury experience."
