"We enjoyed our stay in Yumoto Fujiya Hotel. The hotel has a very good location close to the train station. It is quiet and the onsen are very good for relaxing. It has comfy beds and is very clean. It has a nostalgic atmosphere with an old design."

"Beautiful place in the mountains. Great breakfast, wonderful Onsen facilities. The staff is lovely. And there is an ice cream machine with its use included in the room price! ^^ Rooms are nice but the furniture looks aged."

"This Ryokan is just wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, English was not a problem at all. The private onsen was clean and ideal for a little break. The breakfast and dinner menu were tasty and the lady gave all she got to explain every detail as good as possible. The rooms are spacious and the staff organized everything on time and with a smile. Although the Ryokan is close to the train station, it was not noticeable at all and quiet. There are plenty of small shops and restaurants/cafes nearby. All in all, highly recommended"

"Aussergewöhnlich guter Service. Sehr sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Im großen und Ganzen ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Lage am See ist Top, allerdings ist das Hotel sehr abgelegen. "

"Super Standort, etwa 2 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Bhf. Die Garage ist extrem eng, vorsicht mit grösseren Autos, unbedingt einen Aussenparkplatz wünschen."
