Japanisches Frühstück und Dinner (jeweils nicht in Buffetform) mit hoher Vielfalt und guter Qualität, eigenes Onsen und Dusche im Außenbereich des Zimmers und Schafen auf einem Futon waren für uns neu und sehr angenehm.“

„The package included the dinner and breakfast (Kaiseki style), the foods are delicious and served very well. The front desk staff explains very detailed about the facilities. “

„Super nice onsen hotel in a traditional atmosphere. The staff were very polite and attentive. The rooms are spacious and the private onsen on the balcony is a definite highlight. The breakfasts are huge!“

„Very quiet area. Take a bus down to the lake to go for a hike or chill. Not much at the nearest marina but you can walk to Main Marina where all the ships and people visit for great pictures.“

However, some areas urgently need to be updated, e.g. showers, sinks, blow dryers, etc. Everything was very clean, all employees very friendly. Good Onsen experience. Beds not overly comfortable. „Das eigene Onsen im Zimmer war genial. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren landestypisch und ein toller Einstieg in die regionale Küche. Es wurde sehr liebevoll und stilvoll serviert. Es war sehr vielseitig und großzügige Portionen. Es ist sehr gut erreichbar, liegt nah am Hauptbahnhof aber auch zu einer Busstation für den roundtrail. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. “

„Dépaysement avec ce séjour en Ryokan. Si il faut s’habituer au confort spartiate et aux règles particulières. Cela reste une très belle expérience authentique. L’organisation des bains privatisés est très efficace. Très bonne literie pour les chambres sélectionnées.“

„Wonderful hotel!!! Very clean and calm. Nice traditional rooms. 3 Minute walk to the next bus station. The only downside is that you can’t eat dinner there and their breakfast is very small, so plan on eating before returning to the hotel. Besides that a 10/10, also the location is a dream. “

„We were treated with great hospitality in this onsen hotel. It started from great shuttle service pick up from Gora station and the welcome tea. Our room has an amazing view of the mountain around us. The private onsen has a perfect temperature and well maintained. Their breakfast and dinner are very nicely made and always delicious. The staff are very responsive and always so courteous. We really enjoyed our time there. “

"We enjoyed our stay in Yumoto Fujiya Hotel. The hotel has a very good location close to the train station. It is quiet and the onsen are very good for relaxing. It has comfy beds and is very clean. It has a nostalgic atmosphere with an old design."

"Japanische Zurückhaltung in der Ausstattung, aber wunderbare Gastfreundschaft und exzellenter Service! Die Küche hatte sogar alle Lebensmittel-Allergien berücksichtigt und jeden Abend ein separates Menü gekocht. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, aber praktisch um Mt. Fuji zu sehen. "

"Sehr guter Service, toller Onsen und schöne Lage am Ashi See. Ich würde jedoch nicht empfehlen mit dem Bus abzureisen, da das einem glückspiel gleicht ob der kommt oder nicht. Das Hotel ist für mich ein must visit auf jedem Trip in die hakone Region. "
