„This is a place that your going to get what you pay for, the rooms are ok and the building is showing some wear. Staff is friendly and accommodating. breakfast is basic but is free so it works. Pool is nice. This was a last minute rental while meeting friends in the area to show them Rehobeth beach that they had not seen before, and my wife volunteered me to pay. All in all it was better than OK. Hotel is in the heart of the shopping area which was taken advantage of.“

„No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.“

„Room was in good condition, floors look new. It looks like they are replacing the floors leading to the rooms. Entrance door has a large gap at the bottom of the door, not a big issue as the door sits 3-4" above walkway floor. Would prefer blackout curtains since the exterior lights are on all night. Overall good stay and would choose again.“
