Check in was easy with it off season. We loved their warm complimentary cookie and they were nice giving us a room high up with a tub as requested for my son. Expedia said it had a deep soaking tub but apparently none of them have them and some only have showers so that was disappointing as my tall boyfriend was looking forward to finally fitting in a tub to soak in. $10 per night is extra to park.
My son loved the indoor pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. I love the all glass ceiling and walls it was so beautiful and warm inside. Both the hot tub and pool were comfortable temperatures. We came during off season and it was still pretty busy and loud, so I could only imagine how crowded it would get tho the outside pool would be open then too which would be nice. The only thing I didn’t like were how kids were getting in the hot tub which is against the rules so no one I forces them. They were also jumping off the side of the hot tub wall into the pool
The private area beside the hotel has a fire each night which was nice and has corn hole to play as well as a volleyball net . I was sad to see all the palm tree palms were completely broken on every tree tho.
The room we got was a king Oceanfront which was wonderful. The kitchenette was very small with almost no counter space and very minimal lacking things like sharp knives and nothing to bake with. I did notice on the rooms map that they gave us what looked slightly smaller tho, so maybe we were just less lucky with that.
