Gut: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
The first night of our stay was wonderful. Our room was very nice and the view of the ocean spectacular. The second evening we came back from dinner and there were many people in the hallway with their door open. Loud music, alcohol,etc . We were not able to relax or sleep. We ended up leaving Princess Royale and moving to a Hampton Inn. We talked to the hotel manager the next day and were able to get a refund for the two nights we didn’t use..but not the night we left. Ended up double paying at Princess Royale and Hampton Inn. The manager told us to call Expedia to get the refund. Who do I talk to about that?
In my opinion, the group that was using the 5th floor as a party spot should have been in a conference room/ball room instead. We will not be staying there again.
