„The title above is a comment from my 16 year old grandson. There were 16 family members(age 8 to 74) in our group and I never once heard complaints of being bored The property is beautifully maintained, spacious, perfect for social interaction and still allows alone time for those that need it. „My family of 10 people ranging in age from 12 to 71 years enjoyed this home so much. It was fully stocked, sheets and towels provided, kitchen amenities and family games. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The pool in the community was another bonus. It is super close to all the Bethany attractions and we will definitely be renting here again. The owner has excellent communication and is super responsive. “

„This property is on the 2nd of 3 Flrs, as well as being an end unit. Steps only. Check in was very simple, with a Code lock. The inside was noticeably clean. 2 full bathrooms; each attached to both bedrooms. Living room is cozy, with a few games provided. Kitchen is a nice size, with a small dining area. „We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had a bunch of convenient amenities. We especially loved the screened in porch! Lots of kids stuff available for use at the house, which was appreciated. Close distance to grocery stores and short drive to the beach. Wish we could've stayed longer! “

„No Air Conditioning upon arrival, Property Manger called Technician 18 hours after I reported problem soon after arrival. Condo appearance was excellent but strong smell of Moth Balls at entry, and throughout unit. Had to checkout out after failed attempt at repair.“

„We all had a great time staying here! The house was everything and more. We had 12 people staying and we had more than enough room. It was clean and the owner was also available when we needed help with something. The house was so close to our favorite beach the boardwalk. The kids had fun at the pool, the golf course, and all the beaches. I would highly recommend this place for sure.“

„It’s a yearly tradition we have been doing for a very long time. We are growing in numbers so it was nice to find another condo to rent to take on our group. The condo is well kept and was cleaned when we arrived. I would say the master bedroom isn’t a king it’s a queen size bed.
