„We never got the opportunity to stay in this home…the host cancelled our booking at 17:30 on the day we were due to move in. No communication, we had to chase him for a few hours. Finally at 5pm he rang to say he was on his way to meet us and then half hour later he called to say that he was cancelling our booking due to a water leak… but we didn’t believe what he was telling us. We then had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of the week. Terrible experience from start to finish!“

„We had this house booked for two stays during the same trip. (In the middle we attended a wedding in the English countryside.) We did not actually stay for this time frame. The house was filthy. From the moment we entered, I texted with the property manager about how dirty it was. The neighborhood is very noisy. There were people screaming all night in the house directly next door. We hardly slept. Avoid at all costs. “

„Plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. Plenty of food options within walking distance and a convenience store right across the street. With the bus stop across the street and the train a 5 minute walk there wasn’t anywhere we couldn’t get to in the city. Gooroo was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive. Would 100% stay here again.“
