Property manager texted us oon our way from the airport on how to get in but never came over face to face to explain how everything worked (no instructions in apartment). Never got the heating radiator to turn off and had to sleep with the windows open because of the heat. Also never figured out how to get the TV to turn on and work. Needs a new/better coffee pot which is always ...

„Clean, easy check in, great communication, good size accommodation.This is in an absolute ideal location we spent the weekend here for Coldplay and used the Great Portland Street tube stop 9 minute walk or less and 3/4 stops from Wembley Park and easy access to everywhere in London. “

„Communication with host was excellent. Nick responded very quickly and provided many suggestions for local sites and restaurants which was so helpful. The home was lovely with nicely updated bathrooms. It would be nice to have a few games and a couple throw blankets to use in the family room. “
