„Great location. So many food options all around. Very close to the tube station. Very clean. Comfortable beds in all the bedrooms. I would only hesitate to recommend with anyone with mobility issues as the kitchen and living room are located on the lower floor. Noise levels on the Saturday night were elevated but that is to be expected when you are in the heart of the city. All in all a very enjoyable stay. “

„I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly ...

„This place was bot nice. We were supposed to stay 4 nights. Most expensive VRBO in Mayfair, so expected a real treat for the family. Location as advertised but the place was absolutely, horrifically, disgusting. Mold everywhere. Flood stained walls. They did not disclose that the lobby was under construction.
