„Perfect location- 5 minute walk from multiple tube lines, direct train to Heathrow, and everything in Mayfair and SoHo. A very quiet retreat that fit our 3 kids and two adults perfectly. Will definitely book again when in London. “

„The property is in a great location; however the air conditioner in both bedrooms did not work, the electrical plug in the small bedroom did not work, the washer/dryer did not work, there is no safety lock on the inside of the door, there is no book of instructions on how to get anything to work, the check in person was late, and spoke very broken English, and said he would be back the next day to repair but never reappeared. There was a person available by text, to whom we reported the issues. ...

„The property was advertised with internet, AC and more. The internet didn’t work, the AC was a portable unit that was incredibly loud which made sleeping impossible. We believe there was mold in the bathroom and lots of dust in the vent fan. We booked for 9 nights and stayed one the moved to a hotel.“

„We stayed Sat thru Sat. The location is great and we were able to check in early. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a few minute walk. Natural History museum is about a 10min walk. Directly across from Knightsbridge Picadilly Line. They were responsive to any needs or questions. Down fall there is only a washer, no dryer as listed. There is no central AC, but they have portable units. Bad news is you have keep the windows open for the exhaust tubes which means you hear all the street ...
