„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the newly built Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa Hanoi. The hotel offers luxurious amenities and shines brightly through its staff, though it currently faces some external challenges regarding the immediate surroundings. The absolute main reason for our immediate rebooking was Tuan Anh (Jason) Nguyen, the Assistant Guest Excellence Manager. Jason was nothing short of phenomenal. He was extremely professional, incredibly warm, always reachable in a flash, and instantly ...

„Very nice stay at the Somerset Westpoint. A special Thank to the whole Team including Mr. Dat (Chris). They helped me a lot during my stay. I know the team from my past stays in Hanoi (at Sheraton). I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Doesn't matter if you are in Hanoi for Bussiness or leisure. Perfect location and great Team. “

„The room is very cute and more and than enough for 2 travellers . The neighborhood is quiet and safe and has plenty of food and coffee options nearby . The inside pictures of the ad resemble the apartment but the outside picture don’t resemble the actual location in the middle of the tight neighborhood. “

„Leider war das Zimmer sehr unhygienisch.. Haare und urinflecken waren im Badezimmer vorzufinden.“

„Thank you to“

„I had a wonderful experience at A89 West Lake Hotel in Hanoi! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi! 🇻🇳“

„We booked for 5 days but end up staying just one night ,the place 1as not the same on the photo listed ,it was dirty 😞 paid for 5 days and stay only for 1 night ,was not a good experience.“
