This apt is located in a modern building with all the necessary amenities: rooftop pool, an outdoor barbecue area, a fitness center, concierge service, and covered parking. The place has what it takes to make your stay memorable and comfortable. You will find yourself in the heart of Midtown, just walking distance from shopping centers, stores, and restaurants. 10 min to Miami Beach, 2 minutes to Wynwood, 10 minutes to Brickell and Downtown.

Registration fee: $50 per guest, paid at reception.

The Space:
Our bright condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people:
• Fully equipped kitchen;
• Queen size bed in the first bedroom;
• Two queen size bed in the second bedroom;
• Full sofa bed and TV in the living room;
• Washer & dryer;
• Ironing equipment;
• 1 assigned parking spot.

• Access to Shops and Restaurants:
Living here means having The Shops at Midtown Miami just steps away, an outdoor destination filled with stores like Target, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and trendy boutiques such as Kith and West Elm. Additionally, the area offers an incredible variety of restaurants and cafés to suit every taste, from international cuisine to quick bites and gourmet options.

Guest Access:
There is a $50 per guest registration fee that has to be paid at the front desk (only for adults).

As our guest, you get full access to the following amenities:
• Pool
• Gym
• Outdoor barbecue area.
• 1 free assigned parking spot
• Electric vehicle charger: The building provides charging stations for electric vehicles. To use this service, it is necessary to make a reservation through Building Link or directly with the front desk staff.

Please note that the parking will only fit regular-size cars. Oversized vehicles won´t have space to be parked.

Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

To ensure a smooth start, we've provided basic supplies for your first day to make you feel right at home.

Please keep in mind:

- Washcloths are not included, so we recommend bringing any extras you may need.

- Please note that, for the security of the building, only one set of keys is provided.

- All visitors after 11:00 pm are subject to an additional $50 fee.

- We do not offer luggage storage services. We kindly ask you to plan accordingly for your arrival and departure times. Thank you for your understanding!

- Respect for Neighbors: Out of consideration for the community, loud music, parties, or any excessive noise is not permitted. Violating this rule may result in fines by the building.
