„When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools. The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you ...

„I travel down South for business every so often and I'm always looking for a nice spot to stay. This place was great and extremely clean. Heather was great with responding to any questions I had. A lot of fun restaurants and local bars within less than a mile. I will be back.“

„Property managers were very helpful to work with and will still stay again despite a hiccup. “

„The house was nice and clean but there was no access to the beach and we ended up having to go to other beaches“

„My sisters and I had a wonderful time. Your place was exceptional clean great location!! Loved the place! We will be back soon! “

„We will definitely be back again! The place had everything needed, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, laundry stuff, kitchen stuff, etc. All the little details were great, such as the labels on the light switches so we knew which lights turned on and even a plug in flash light (which came in handy when my husband got a splinter). Parking spot is right in front of the house which made it easy to unload our stuff. Easy drive to local grocery stores. Welcome book had great local ...

„Perfect place to stay! Enjoy the sunrise on the bayside dock and watch the sun go down on the beach in the afternoon.“

„The condo itself was nice. Everything you need for a great stay. Since it was on the second floor, which is basically the third floor, the stairs got a bit exhausting. The management company sends you a rental agreement after you reserve that feels like you are buying a house. Check in time is 4pm – check out 10am. You are losing a day at the beach. Signs are everywhere in the condo – do this, don’t do this. The management company is accommodating for an additional price. If you have a ...

„The most unpleasant part for me was the parking situation. The kitchen could also use a few more utensils. Other than that, the house was very clean and peaceful. There were no flashlights, and the remote controls were missing batteries. Overall, it’s an excellent house, and we would definitely stay here agai“

„Beautiful and very clean condo. Loved having chairs available on property. It was close to some great restaurants and a publix.“

„Very clean. Relaxing quiet location.“

„The view from each room of the Gulf, Beach and Sunset was unobstructed. The well maintained condo, building and grounds were very comfortable and welcoming. The elevator is a good sized cab and adequate for all our luggage. Certainly helps with our aging bones and joints, eve though we were only on the third floor. The only problem I had was the designated parking spaces were too difficult to park my Ford F150, so I had to park 1/2 block down the road: an easy walk. The property manager was ...

„It is a nice, well maintained and beautifull furnished house on the great Manasota Key. It has everything you need for a nice beach vacation. If we come back to Florida, we would stay here again.“

„Everything was very clean and taken care of. The place was beautiful. The host had beach chairs that added a lovely additional to an early morning beachside breakfast.“

„Perfect location, we walked to stump pass a couple times and when we just wanted to sit on the beach it was very close. The backpack style beach chairs were convenient and we made good use of the shark teeth equipment and found a lot of sharks teeth. The kayaks were a highlight, easy to put in across the street and you don’t have to go very far to have the dolphins swim right up to you! Just down the canal that you put the boat in and hang a right and maybe a quarter mile and the dolphins are ...
