You walk to the beach or some locals restaurants (the farmer market on a Saturday is also a plus). Communication was great. „The appartment was really nice and had an own entry to the fenced pool area. The communication was only via email but we got all information needed. The garden area was really nice and the city itself very beautiful. Unfortunately we found a smaller dead cockroach at the fridge when we arrived and a bigger palmetto bug at the last day of our stay. But I guess it's almost impossible to avoid that, as the rest of the property was really clean.“

„Check in was easy peasy. Kitchen is great for family get away. All you need are the ingredients.“

„We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was about 7 minutes away from the closest beach and conveniently located close to grocery stores. The pool was well maintained and clean. The home was clean and comfortable. I read previous reviews about stinky water and AC issues, but we didn’t experience any of that. I would stay here again. “

„In dem Ferienhaus haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Das Ferienhaus haben wir sehr ordentlich und sauber vorgefunden, so wie auf der Website beschrieben. Wir haben es genossen, in nur 5 Autominuten am Manasota Beach zu sein. Auch die Geschäfte waren günstig zu erreichen. Naturfreunde und Angler kommen in der Gegend voll auf Ihre Kosten. Besonders aufregend war unsere Wanderung durch das Sleeping Turtles Preserve North, wo wir mehrere Krokodile gesehen haben.“

"Ein ganz tolles Hotel, in das wir immer gerne wieder zurückkehren. Hier stimmt alles. Direkte Strandlage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück, kostenlose Ausleihe von Strandutensilien möglich, ruhig. Es fühlt sich hier ein bisschen an wie „nach Hause kommen“."

"Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ergibt sich nur aus der Lage. Das Motel ist runtergekommen. Der Duschkopf wurde vermutlich noch nie gereinigt - da ist richtig viel „schmodder“ dran, sehr ekelig. Die Duschkabine war zum Glück neu, das hat es etwas relativiert. Manche Zimmer haben zwei Türen, so dass du entweder zum Parkplatz oder nach hinten raus sitzen kannst. Am zweiten Tag hat es so unangenehm im Zimmer gerochen, das wir froh waren am nächsten Rag wieder zu gehen. Maximal für zwei Nächte gut, besser nur eine. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Schade, dass hier scheinbar nur das Nötigste gemacht wird. Diese Lobby von den Bildern gibt es nicht mehr. "
