„We had a great time in Venice. Very comfortable rooms and a big heated pool. Additional stuff like beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and even cooling boxes can be taken for free. You walk to the beach or some locals restaurants (the farmer market on a Saturday is also a plus). Communication was great. Even during some minutes without water they wrote a short notice and pinned it on our door. “

„The appartment was really nice and had an own entry to the fenced pool area. The communication was only via email but we got all information needed. The garden area was really nice and the city itself very beautiful. Unfortunately we found a smaller dead cockroach at the fridge when we arrived and a bigger palmetto bug at the last day of our stay. But I guess it's almost impossible to avoid that, as the rest of the property was really clean.“

„The property was really clean and very neat. The kitchen was well equipped. Appliances in really good shape, working great. The communication with the owner was awesome! We got prompt responses anytime we had questions. I loved the fact that we were able to bring our dog and cat without any problems. The neighborhood is very quiet. We definitely enjoyed our stay!“

„Sweet, clean house. Good amount of space. Cozy and comfortable. Nice pool / outdoor area where we spent most of our time when we were in the house. „This was our first time staying at this lovely small condo only one block from the beach in Venice, Florida. Nicely appointed, much better than a hotel room. The two of us had room to work, play, and hang out close to my mom‘s house. Really nice step in shower and upgraded bathroom. And the little touches were well appreciated - beach equipment, sand chairs, umbrella, fan, nightlight. The owners have thought of it all. Thank you for such a nice stay!“

„Schon bei unserer späten Ankunft hatten Chris und John dafür gesorgt, dass der Kühlschrank für das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen gefüllt war. Die Eigentümer Chris und John haben ihr Haus mit Liebe. ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich mit der großzügigen Terrasse ist fantastisch. Die Lage ist ruhig, mit den bereitgestellten Fahrrädern ist man schnell beim Supermarkt und kann das Auto stehen lassen. Der Strand, der in wenigen Minurten zu erreichen ist, ist sauber und lädt zu abendlichen Spaziergängen ...
