„It is a cute little house in a neighborhood area. Especially the garden with pool is fantastic and it is easy to visit Santa Monica and L. A. The landlord was very friendly and available at every time. We stayed as a family of four and really enjoyed it. Thanks a lot.“

Michael, der Host ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Mensch. Ich habe ihn zwar nie persönlich kennen gelernt, aber die schriftliche Kommunikation war immer sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und kann sie von Herzen empfehlen.“

„Good location for our trip“

„This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value.“

„This guest house was perfect for a quick vacation to Malibu. The room was comfy and the views were great. My only “complaint” although this was nothing major, there was some construction going on at the neighbors homes which made parking tricky at times. Despite the parking situation, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quaint getaway.“
