„This property is very nice and in a safe location.However there is not really much to do extremely close by as far as boardwalk types of things or amusement/ theme parks. It is positioned within walking distance to the ocean and has the river in the back. A Walmart is just over the bridge and a gas station just to the side of this location makes travel by foot convenient.
