„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. „This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay ...

„The location for our visit to Meijer Gardens was good. Although on a busy road, you avoid Downtown Grand Rapids. The room was clean & spacious. The breakfast outstanding. We didn’t take advantage of the managers reception but they served good & free drinks. Our only disappointment was that the pool was small & crowded.“

„This is a brand new hotel. They have some starting minor problems and improving every day. We had a room with two beds and kitchen. Perfect for the four of us. Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom would be perfect and a hook at the door for a jacket. We used the grill a lot and you can get the supplies you need at the reception. The staff is more than friendly and they are open for comments and advices to improve.“
