„Wir waren bereits 5 mal auf Treasure island, in verschiedenen Unterkünften. Diese Unterkunft war sauber, das Personal freundlich und zuverlässig, die Wohnung war neuwertig eingerichtet. Das haben wir woanders schon mal anders erlebt. Zurecht 4 bis 5 Sterne. Preis und Leistung gehen in Ordnung. “

„Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, sauber und es gab einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft hatte einen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Es scheint sich um eine Wohnanlage zu handeln, wo die einzelnen Wohnungen durch die Eigentümer vermietet werden. Alles ist sehr anonym. Irreführend war der Hinweis auf dem Gelände auf ein Büro (Office) - das gar nicht existiert. Ich dachte, dass man sich dort anmelden muss. Das ging aber nicht nur mir so, sondern auch ...

„Great location. Only complaint is the TV...could not find HD channels and could not connect to our Netflix account. Should also replace the knobs on the stove....can't tell what the heat settings are. Good value and would recommend to anyone not looking to spend the at Zota or the St Regis!“

„We enjoyed a week at this condo. The condo was clean. The condo is outdated as seen in the pictures but pleasant to stay in. The check in and out process was easy. The location is great right on the gulf with a beautiful beach. Pool was good but needed to be cleaned. Short walk to John’s pass. Overall a good place to stay for a beach front place.“

„We stayed here for a few days at the end of our Disney trip to relax a little. It was my wife, two 13 year olds and a 17 year old and myself and we loved it. Patrick was a fantastic host and we were even able to meet him in person one day while he was in town! He truly wants all his guests to enjoy their stay and even sent me a short video on setting up the beach canopy that was in the closet with the chairs! „Our stay is amazing!! The view of the bay was stunning! Every morning and evening you could see dolphins and manatees. I traveled with my daughter and we felt very safe! The pool is beautiful and clean. I did add a 2 inch topper to the pull out sofa for some extra comfort but I left it behind for the next person. We will definitely be back! Also the owners response time is great and she is very nice!“

„We had a great quick trip, we arrived late as we experienced a flight delay and no issues getting checked in and into our room. Once in the room, everything was expected! The space is great with two separate living areas and two balconies to sit and look at the water. The access to the beach was easy and efficient. Plenty of places to walk to for lunch! The umbrella service was reasonably priced as well! I would stay here again! “

""We got you!" was the welcoming reply to my - at times very individual mom-travelling-with-two-kids - questions upon our arrival and it persisted as the Island Grand at TradeWinds' wonderful agenda for our whole stay: Everything was being cared for - from the perfect "organize your own home" room amenities, over the fantastic bars & restaurants on location, to the great fun for kids & adults alike on the water slide, the zip line & the wonderful beach with its comfortable cabanas. I will never forget how the whole lobby (guests & staff) applauded when I was so happy that Josh (I hope I remember your name correctly :)) returned my wallet that I had left on the counter. Thanks a million Island Grand at TradeWinds for these fantastic gulf coast memories - we cannot wait to be back at this perfect family location!"
