„Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot.“

„Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five.“

„My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. “

„Everything was perfect about this stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and room and bathroom was so spacious. Would definitely stay again. They respect your privacy and space, they do ask if you’d like room service which is appreciated. Easy to get in contact with host via what’s app. Location is great!! Conveniently located near food, night life, shopping centers, etc!!“
