„We stayed two weeks.The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning. All appliances - small and large need upgraded along with pots and pans.Three levels to the house. Main floor is the second floor and the stairway is narrow and very steep.We had luggage and had a very difficult time getting our luggage up to the main floor.Cleaning service was once a week and did not do a very good job. „This was a great room for me for 4 nights. All was as described and love the idea of the kitchennet outside. The only thing I would say is the steep entry drive way. I have bad needs so it was a little challenging but it was ok. “

Plenty of seating areas throughout the hotel to visit with other guests or to spend time alone. Pool area was relaxing and friendly.“

„We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend bringing some ear plugs, as the street can be noisy at times (I believe there is construction going on in the area st the time of our stay). „When searching for a place to stay in Sayulita for 3 weeks, we were looking for a pool, ac, a location that allowed us to easily walk into town but was separate from the chaos, in an authentically Mexican styled building. We got all that and more. Xochitlan does a great job of combining modern amenities with Mexican charm.
