Walking distance to CVS, restaurants, etc. Tight parking for our large vehicle, but the property does have garage which was nice. We didn’t try it. „Property was clean and well appointed and in excellent condition. Communication from property manager was efficient and detailed.Property is on a narrow street which has a dense amount of cars parked on both sides of the road in a good neighborhood. It would be difficult to find parking on the street if that has been necessary but was not an issue as the garage provided was perfect for us.I would rent again if the opportunity arose.“

The house is very cosy and Stephen is a very attentive and always accomodating host who looks after his guests and gladly provides tips and recommendations for places and views. It took us some time to realize how near this place is to the Universal and Warner Brother Studios and to Hollywood/Sunset Boulevard, Beverly Hills, the Walk of Fame and so on. And the entire Laurel Canyon (at least in April) looks and smells like a Botanical Garden, ...

„We are a family of four who were evacuated from mandeville canyon during the Palisades fire and were looking for a semblance of normalcy from all the hotels we were bouncing around from. „Really great experience. We are from close by and know the area well. Not here for tourism this time but it is a killer spot for that. The condo was very clean. The host was very responsive. Will definitely come back if we go to Hollywood Bowl etc. The parking is a bit hard to navigate for a large SUV but manageable. The underground parking is a great safety feature. “
