The parking area in the back could use better lighting—it felt a bit too dark for comfort. We also noticed a large stain on the bed sheets, which looked like it might have been coffee or soda. „I had a wonderful 3 day stay at “ Towneplace Suites Southern Pines Aberdeen”. My wife, son, and I were met with a warm welcome and had no issues during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located within 5 miles of a variety of shops, amenities, and places to eat. Some of which are a short walking distance. 9.5/10 “
