„Location was great, right off Pine and very near great restaurants, ice cream, shops, pier and small Bay beach. Direct shot down to the bigger beach and easy to find street parking. Very clean, great space, unique layout but kids had no problem sleeping on the trendle and sleeper couch.“

„What a great place, traveled a lot and this place sits at the top,the yard and pool is an absolute oasis.You could not ask for better, the kitchen was very roomy and had every item you could ever need. „My husband and I spent 5 nights here. This was a great location to shopping AND the beach. Everything was within walking distance. The villa was clean and decorated tastefully. The pool and common area were very clean as well. Beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon were provided and were a definite bonus. We really enjoyed our stay. “

„When we arrive had issues with the keypad to be able to enter the property but host was very polite and took care of the issue right away. The rooms on the side of the kitchen we’re hot but after one night they got cool. Also the pool was hot to be able to swim but as soon I reported the situation the host explain about pool cleaning procedures and Saturday afternoon we were able to enjoy it ! „This is a great unit. One of the most thoughtfully and well stocked I have ever stayed in! Great for families as the HUGE patio/balcony is wonderful second outdoor living area. The weather was a little hit and miss, but we did get a couple of gorgeous sunsets right off our private patio!Adam, our host, could not have been more accommodating or responsive. Truly a great host. Would certainly highly recommend!“

„Beautiful condo. Very clean. Pool was also very clean. View of bay was gorgeous and very close to an excellent restaurant, The Waterfront, which is a must try. Close to lots of shops, general store, ice cream, etc. We also rented a golf cart so never had to drive. Not even to the Publix. Definitely will be back. Hopeful the washer and dryers will be connected by then. That would be the only thing we would have added. Other than that excellent vacation!! “
