„It’s in a fantastic location and was easy to get everywhere from there. Chinatown was basically just outside our door and Union Square a 5 minute walk. We walked to pier 39 in about 25 minutes and to the cable car turn around in about 15 minutes. Literally everything was so conveniently close. It’s no 5 star but definitely a 3 star and we enjoyed our stay. Crazy old cage elevator if you can’t do stairs and the stairway is narrow and steep with a hairpin turn at the top. „The view from the windows is incredible. Even on overcast days, you see the ocean and the waves breaking on the beach. The apartment was immaculate. The kitchen is adequate for quick meals or one pot on a burner. The neighborhood is quiet. If you use public transportation a bus stop is only a couple of blocks away. “

„Nice clean basic Hotel with a great shower that was just perfect for our needs as we were visiting our daughter in San Francisco and we’re basically just there to sleep! We were on the street side so it could get pretty noisy at night, but with an earplugs, we were just fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and moderately priced.“

„Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen washer and dryer. We stayed 5 nights and hosted a small gathering for the holidays. Will definitely be coming back! Pool is lovely, it’s heated and a nice size spa. Did not use workout room but looked well equipped. It is near the train tracks but building is very new with great construction so barely heard the train whistle. “

„We - two guys from Germany with motorbikes - spent 5 nights in this apartment in early march 2016. For us this little apartment worked well: We had a safe and dry place to park the bikes and a room for each of us. The house itself is in a very quiet street, but sure, you do hear the landlord walking upstairs once in a while. „I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. “

„We had a car and there was inside parking making it fantastic for us . We had to drive across town to get to Fishermsns wharf , Goksen gate the avenues etc .. 15 min at most with traffic !
