„We had a great stay at Donatello in their remodeled rooms. They offered a lot of space, were clean and staff was friendly as well. The gym was small and the building is too small to provide breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace but this was not an issue for us“

„Staff sold my reservation to a different hotel. Virginia, manager, would not respond to desk staff requests to resolve. Hotel filthy, staff member gave each guest a paper map, circled areas and said? "Dont go here after 5". I would not do this again. Very dissatisfied. “
