„6 Personen waren überwältigt von diesem großzügig ausgestatteten Appartment. Es fehlte uns an nichts, angefangen von der Küchenausstattung bis zum offen gestalteten Bad mit Außendusche. Die großzügigen Terassen und der angenehme Infinitipool im Aussenbereich liesen keine Wünsche offen. Hervorzuheben ist auch der freundliche Sevice von Maria die uns jeden Tag mit Kreativität überrascht hat. Es ist sehr sauber und alle Betten sehr bequem. Würden uns jeder Zeit wieder für dieses wundervolle ...

„The condo was fantastic. Lots of space and being on the ground floor was so convenient for being at the pool. The grounds were well maintained and the infinity pool was awesome. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again“

„We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!“

„The condo was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the water, right in the middle of the curve of Half Moon Bay. The beach area was very nice with shade and lounge chairs for the condo. Entry to the water was rocky in most areas but could be navigated with care and the snorkeling was excellent. We saw lots of fish, some rays and one turtle. We did not have a car but were able to walk 5-20 minutes for dining and some shopping and there is a convience store practically across the street. We ...

„This amazing condo was everything I didn’t know I needed on a temporary stay. The apt is gorgeous. It boasts an eastern coastal view and is an up and coming strip . It has very close access to beach and has in-house extras that felt good to return to. A roof pool is a short elevator up snd private hot tub a quick outdoors but private one flight of stairs. Such a terrific kitchen to cook ahead of your day plans and a great snack hum to return to between you venture and your dinner. All perfect. I ...

„This was an adorable condo. The building was very quiet. There were 2 large pools, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The restaurants in the Tulum Country Club were amazing. We also bought a day pass to one of the all inclusive resorts. It was chaotic and confirmed that the quiet condo was the right choice for us. It waa a great stay and the host was very quick to respond. We cant wait to go back.“
