„Nice and clean“

„I didn’t get breakfast that was an extra fee so I can’t rate breakfast.I wish they had some thicker comforters instead of just blankets. I asked staff for a broom because I got confetti from a balloon that popped on the floor and the didn’t bring it. I also wanted larger garbage because I have a swimming party for my daughter so the small bags wasn’t enough,they gave me small ones I think that should be something that they do if people ask. They do not take any prepare cards only credit or bank ...

„Das Hotel liegt an der Straße 75 ca. 5 Min. von St. Cloud entfernt. Wir waren 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die erste Nacht waren wir in einem Raucherzimmer untergebracht... das war nicht akzeptabel.. Die nächsten beiden Tage wurde uns dann ein Nichtraucherzimmer ohne Probleme zugewiesen. Für die Durchreise ist diese Hotel schon zu empfehlen.“

„All the staff were so awesome from the 1st phone call to check in & making sure everything was what we needed! Grandkids loved the pool & they let us use the dining area for a little birthday cake celebration. Will definitely be back. It was a very wonderful stay!“

After my sister arrived, the front desk called to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. That's awesome, definitely will be going back.“

„I had the room with the fireplace. Very nice room and very clean. Only thing to be aware of is that this room is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Happy with my stay and would stay there again.“

„Check was easy and quick, and the staff were easy going and courteous. The room was clean and well lit. Bathroom was clean and everything worked like it should. The price was great and it's within walking distance of plenty of stores. “

„Room was clean and had all the things I wanted. However, if you have a west facing room (towards the Red Carpet bar), late at night on the weekends you can hear everyone out and about. Otherwise everything else way great and we didnt hear other patrons in the hotel which is always a plus. “
