„Overall a very pleasant stay! Hotel is very modern and clean, staff is very friendly. The location next to Mall of America and airport is great! Of course it gets noisy from time to time due to aircrafts starting and landing, but you can't stay next to an airport and expect total quietness. Downside: We were surprised to learn that breakfast (was included in our booking) is limited to one beverage and meal per person - everything else needs to be paid extra. The quality of the food was amazing ...

„The courtesy van drivers were so friendly and accommodating. Husband uses a walker and has limited mobility when standing. Our two different drivers were very helpful and empathetic. “

„Our room was very clean and ready for us. The bed was comfortable and the sitting area was inviting. The ice-water in the lobby was a very welcome offering, and we filled our bottles daily! While we appreciate the "housekeeping on demand" approach taken, this was confounded by the fact that there are no towel racks in the bathroom. This makes it hard to go without service for more than a day.“
