„I stayed seven nights in the Best Wester Plus hotel. I had asked three times if they can empty my trash bin and maybe some new towels, nothing was done. Very unfriendly and not customer oriented. The room was ok, but very old, light didn't work. air condition failed also after the second day. there are many other hotels around, I would chose another one for sure.“

„The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much! “

Zero complaints on the hotel itself. The area around the hotel is a little run down. Lots of empty and run down buildings. „Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mississipi und zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, Service war sehr gut, Restauration ist auch gut und bezahlbar. In meinem Zimmer (nach außen) war es aber aufgrund von Außengeräuschen etwas laut. Ich denke aber, dass das nicht für alle Zimmer gilt.“
