„Hotel was great! We were there to see Phish at SPAC which was an amazing show!! The hotel was close to SPAC and provided shuttle service. Both drivers were so kind and helpful. The staff was friendly. We got some drinks at the bar before hand and the drinks were delicious. They had an outside patio with fireplace to hang after. All around great experience. “

„The hotel was lovely. The main lobby was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The were able to check us in a touch early, which we always appreciate. The room was ample and clean. All except one rolled up pair of socks that another guest had left behind....sorry, I wasn't about the touch it to throw it away. In the cleaning staffs defense, it was stashed behind the drapes. “

The cleanliness of the room was a bit lacking due to spider webs being in the corners and the bathtub had some mildew, also the cabinet tops had not been cleaned. „The property is beautiful and the shopping is wonderful right outside of the hotel. We were greeted with a glass of champagne at check-in, and with a bottle in our room, because we were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary. This was such an impressive gesture. Our breakfast was included and delicious.“
