It also seemed like they did not have consistent policies. It would have been helpful to get clear information about the Mayo Clinic shuttle. Overall our stay was nice“

„This is the second time we have stayed here while receiving care at Mayo. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient to get to the clinic. The shuttle is a plus. Breakfast options are good. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Whenever we return to Rochester we will plan to stay here. Thank you!“
