The room was clean and everything we used was functional. The bathroom and shower were spacious and the water pressure and temperature were good. This was a very positive area.
The WiFi in my room on the 4th floor was spotty. I had to switch to my personal hot spot to maintain a good connection to my laptop for work.
We added the breakfast package to our room when we booked it in case we wanted to eat on site. There was nothing noted about this when we checked in. No documentation was provided and they didn't have any visible signage regarding breakfast.
I went down the to small bar/restaurant area to ask about getting coffee and the breakfast package on our second day. As soon as the person I spoke with heard the word coffee, I got cut off mid sentence and they said keep walking straight ahead. That was where they kept two coffee urns. The breakfast package ended up being wasted money on a six day stay for two rooms, or what amounted to 14% of the bill.
Both the restaurant and main floor staff could improve on their hospitality. It definitely wasn't what i would consider friendly and courteous.
The housekeeping staff we spoke with were friendly. They could have refreshed the essential items regularly a little better but did well overall.
If you're looking for a clean room overnight with limited interaction, this would be a fine choice for the room itself.
I think better options may be available for a longer stay since there are quite a few hotels nearby.
