„Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von dem Hotel. Von außen macht es nicht viel her (sieht eher motel-mäßig aus), aber das Zimmer war echt in Ordnung, vor allem die vollständig eingerichtete Küche hat uns gefallen. Die Schrankbetten mögen nicht jedem zusagen, aber sie sind bequem. Außerdem liegt das Hotel gleich am Fuß der Berge, also optimal für Wanderer, und im Sommer ist es hier super ruhig (ganz im Gegensatz zur den Orten direkt am Lake Tahoe).“

„Nice property. Checkin is a little tricky finding where you need to be. Room was nice make up mirror needed a bulb and blow dryer died on me. Staff brought me a replacement. Overall great stay “

„Insgesamt ok, sehr schöner Zugang zum See mit der Möglichkeit zu kayaken. Allerdings stimmte die Zimmergrösse nicht mit den Angaben überein und die Terrasse zum Garten war eher ein Austritt zum Parkplatz. Das sollte auf der Website richtig gestellt werden.“

„Unique waterfront property. Classic Tahoe home with modern upgrades. Very hard to beat the location for winter or summer. Great hosts. “

„Great modern cabin. Very efficient use of space, kitchen had pots and skillets supplied, everything was clean and new. Kids had a great time in the upstairs loft (would be a little cramped for adults though). Patio area was a good spot for leaving ski equipment to air out, or hang out with decorative (gas) fire pit.“

„The cottage was nicely furnished, but was not cleaned very well. It had everything you could need. We got snow and that was great to see. Beds were comfy and fireplace was great! Location was great.“

„Great location near everything“

„Really loved our stay. Was originally going with my son for spring break. At the last minute, one of his friends and friends' dad came along as well. Was worried if the place was big enough but no issues at all. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Real ski in/out makes such a big difference. Would definitely stay here again.“

„This cabin is in a gorgeous location, but the price is high for what you get. The cabin itself is very dated, the hot tub lid has degraded to the point of falling apart and has trouble maintaining heat. I chose this spot over others because of the hot tub. There is a two foot long piece or sharp rebar that is exposed out of the concrete at the top of the stairs leading down to the cabin. This is very dangerous and a liability waiting to happen. “

„Upstairs guest bathroom was dirty behind the toilet seat. I think the knobs are for a bidet and the inside crevice is yucky. The dining room table and a couple of the chairs are very wobbly. And the weather striping on the sliding glass door in the master bedroom is coming off. One of us tripped on it. The AC doesn’t appear to work. If it does please include instructions. AC is mentioned in the vrbo description of the unit. “

„It snowed while we were here, it was comfortable in every way. Places to eat nearby, and a Safeway. Beautiful view. “

„Ansich eine top Unterkunft, die aber auch gut bezahlt wird. Aber auch in die Jahre gekommen und deswegen steht ja auch ab Anfang 2024 eine langjährige Renovierung an. Wir haben gehört 2 Jahre für den Zugang zum Strand und den Strandbereich…und insgesamt wird die komplette Renovierung wohl 10 Jahre dauern.“

"Toller Blick über den Lake Tahoe aus dem 7. Stock. Das Zimmer wurde nur etwas warm über den Tag, da es unter dem Dach des Hauses lag. Sehr nett war auch ein kleiner Kaffee Food Truck direkt vor dem Hotel mit allerlei Spezialitäten. Die Möglichkeiten dort essen zu gehen sind vielfältig und bieten für jeden etwas."
