„The Queens Hotel is in Leeds city centre so it is accessible to everything there. We got the train to Leeds and it is virtually next door. The hotel is art deco style and we loved it. We paid for an upgrade to get a room with a view of the square and the room was great with its own settee and coffee table too. The staff were friendly and helpful too.“

„Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit sehr hohem Standard. Leider etwas nah an eine Schnellstraße, die deutlich zu hören ist. Penibel sauber, mit schönem Restaurant und Bar. Der Spa Bereich ist für englische Verhältnisse sehr schön, ebenfalls absolut sauber, mit Dame am Empfang. Eine echte Empfehlung.“

„Ein schönes Hotel direkt am Bshnhof von York gelegen. Alles ist Fußläufig erreichbar bzw. es befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür wo reguläre Linienbusse und Touristen Busse abfahren. Das Hotel ist auch für Gäste mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen nutzbar und besitzt einen Aufzug. Im Hotel gibts auch eine Bar und Restaurant für die Besucher. “

„Great looking hotel, very comfortable Country House style indoors . Excellent ambiance. Very generous room size and well appointed . Complimentary slippers are a great touch as the tile floor of bathroom is very cold ! Parking is good, a little walk away in the large grounds .“

"Die Unterkunft Ansich, war schön, ein altes Gebäude mit schönem Foyer. Wir waren allerdings in einem Anbau, so würde ich es nennen, untergebracht, leider waren hier die ein oder anderen kleinen Spinnen, was man auch auf den Punkt Sauberkeit beziehen kann, da hier schon einige Staubweben vorhanden waren. Auch die Zimmer hier sind etwas hellhörig, so hatten wir abends immer ein Klopfen gehört oder wenn die Nachbarn geduscht haben. Alles in allem, nett, aber ich würde beim nächsten York besucht eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Die Lage ist ok, aber was näheres an der Innenstadt wäre besser. "
