„Really nice property and close to everything. Very comfortable beds , lounge could do with some new settees for comfort. Garden is really good but could do with a little trim and tidy to make it better. Overall excellent just a little bit of maintenance to give it 5 stars.“

„The listing suggested that there were 1.5 or 2 bathrooms (depending on the page), there was a single shower room containing the shower, a toilet and washbasin. A very short walk to the City Centre, a local shop and pubs makes this an excellent location for visiting York. We arrived by train and the property was only 10-minutes by taxi from the station. There is a hole in the floor in the front bedroom by the wardrobe, it is covered by the carpet but can catch you out. The property does have a ...

„Clean, comfortable place to stay. Great location. Would recommend to others.“

„Close to tow n just 15 min walk . The stairs were very steep with a short tread so it was difficult to get up and down . I would say it is not suitable for older people and young children . The dining table was very wobbly . so that needs some attention . Well equipped , every thing you might need and comfortable . 3 large bedrooms although we only used two as 1 of our friends couldn’t use the stairs , so slept on the sofa . We only stayed 1 night .“

„A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again.“
