Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail system for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area across the street. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The Rec Center is just down the street as well with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. Great Getaway

It was a cozy quick winter getaway. The condo was clean, welcoming, and we loved having the mountains out our window and patio. Loved having Comcast and being able to stream on the TV. Location was so convenient to restaurants and shops and of course skiing! Only complaint was being on the bottom floor and having loud stompers above. Overall, highly recommend. Thank you!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This property is in the perfect location. We were walking distance from all the shops and restaurants in Winter Park, yet close to the serenity of the mountains and creek than ran through the backyard. Our favorite part was enjoying quiet mornings on the deck with coffee. It was so peaceful! We ended up extending our stay because we didn’t want to leave!

Really nice condo, fully stocked, clean, in a great location with a full-length veranda and a really beautiful mountain view. Coffee in the morning on the veranda was a special treat. We intend to stay here again next time we visit winter park.

Nice trail system along the Fraser creek with super views of the mountains. We used the trail for snowshoeing and got plenty of snow during our stay. Condo was clean, well appointed and plenty of room for us. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Condo was clean and tidy. Check in process with smooth. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal in a fully stocked kitchen. Pool and clubhouse were enjoyed by the kids. The condo is centrally located in Winter Park with gorgeous views from the back deck! Would highly recommend!

Last minute Colorado trip

Great place to spend a couple of nights. Condo was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. Place was very clean and well cared for. Beds were very comfortable. Property is quiet, convenient and safe. Absolutely would stay again and recommend to anyone. When we travel I will buy a fan and leave it if I need to. I have to have my noise. This place had a box fan in each room! Perfect.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4, close to Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake and walking distance to shops/restaurants/coffee shops. Spring Skiing In WP!

Wonderful place to stay for 3 days of Spring Skiing at Winter Park & Mary Jane. Easy access on first floor. Unbelievable back deck with a gorgeous view of the Continental Divide. Clean property, well appointed and with everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Great location in downtown Winter Park -- easy to walk to many restaurants. Loved the hot tub and heated pool -- should have counted the steps from the front door to the these but didn't -- guessing maybe 50, maybe less? All in all, I'm convinced that this property is one of the best out there for a visit to Winter Park!
