„The Lodge is lovely, all the ground floor is brand new, showers are great. There were 10 if us and all fitted in perfectly. There are some steep stairs on 2 of the rooms but great for teens. You can walk straight out into the woods from the garden.It was super clean and communication with the owners were very responsive. We would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. „We stayed at Byecross as a group of 10 with ages ranging from 9 to 77. Fabulous stay in a fabulous property with fabulous hosts. The Aga was fine to use and actually makes the best toast! If you are planning to stay at Byecross I would recommend doing a bit of research on how to use an Aga before arriving, and also plan to spend at least a couple of days at the property without going out anywhere as there really is so much to do and explore just on the property grounds and the surrounding area ...

„We stayed at ‘The studio’ for my wife’s 70th birthday. There were 9 adult and 2 teenagers. There is so much space with lots of seating areas all around the grounds. The garden and patio are lovely. Great selection of bedrooms. Toilets and showers. My family made lots of use of the hot tub. Early April the weather was brilliant luckily. I would highly recommend the studio!“

„Tolles Haus, sauber und toller Ausblick auf die Hafeneinfahrt von Southampton. Ideal auch, um große Schiffe Kreuzfahrtschiffe zu sehen. Das Haus ist an einigen Stellen etwas eng, wenn man etwas kräftiger gebaut ist.“

„Had my sister's hen do here and the host was soo helpful, arranging an early check in and answering all my questions beforehand on messenger and when we arrived she welcomed us and gave us local info and was so hospitable. The house was beautiful and has everything you could need for a big gathering! “

„This is now the second time we have stayed at this property and we find this house a perfect base for our holiday in Swanage. The house is in a fantastic quiet spot and very close to everything. „Communication with Jordan and more especially with Amber was very good. The house was spotless, it’s much bigger inside than the photos show. We arrived on a beautiful Sunny day last Friday 11th April and stayed until Monday. „Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Schlafempore für die Kinder gebucht, die die beiden begeisterte. Vorsicht: die Treppe ist recht steil, für kleinere Kinder nicht gut geeignet. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, in gutem Zustand und mit Kochzeile. Die Betten waren bequem, das Bad aber eher klein. Zudem störte am ersten Tag ein übler Gestank aus dem Abfluss der Dusche, was aber auf unsere Reklamation hin am Folgetag behoben wurde. Das Frühstück haben wir uns mitgebracht, der Kaffee von der Bar war teuer ...
